Full job description

To work with one of our clients, we are seeking Program Manager with a background in SAP BW and SAP HANA and experience in various reporting tools such as SAP Business Objects.

Typical roles will involve one or more of the following:

Leading engagements and delivery of SAP BI or HANA projects adhering to Management practices

Analyze business requirements, business processes, business case and/or technical architectures and develop blueprint and/or designs as per best practises

Propose and develop Information Strategy Architecture and Standards

Lead Integration and User Acceptance Testing

Ability to manage and guide offshore teams

Business Objects reporting tools, SAP BW and / or HANA mentor who can share the knowledge and lead BIM SAP BI

sales, initiatives and project delivery

Coaching and mentoring of junior team members and ability to guide team members by experience

Sales support for new deals, extensions and ad-hoc service aspects.

Desired Skills:

Experience in the Information Technology industry with recent experience of SAP BW /SAP HANA/ SAP BO of at least

3-4 full life-cycles ;

experience in engaging, leading or being part of SAP BW and / or HANA projects

Proposes technical solutions that meet or exceed client needs and expectations.

Estimates costs that are realistic, based on effort required, value delivered, and client's expectations.

Designs and validates a complex architecture and ensures its successful implementation

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Thought leader in areas of Business Intelligence Architecture and Information Strategy.

Project management experience is mandatory

Keeps up to date with trends, roadmaps and developments in BI and Analytics

Happy to travel within the UK and occasionally abroad

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of extraction, modelling and reporting using SAP BW , HANA and one or more reporting solutions

Deep understanding of one or more functional areas or industry sectors

Has a broad understanding of Data Warehousing Architectures and Tools
