Overview

We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. One day per week for 2 hours. The day and times are flexible to suit candidate. Cleaning can be done at any time between 8:30am & 5:30pm

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across a commercial premises. This role offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking part-time employment, with an emphasis on professionalism and efficiency. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable, though training will be provided for the right candidate.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of offices, washrooms, and communal areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and products
Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are cleaned to a high standard
Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure bins are emptied regularly
Maintain a safe and organised work environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
Follow specific cleaning schedules and instructions to meet client expectations

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is advantageous but not essential
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices in hygiene standards is preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Good organisational skills and reliability are essential for success in this role
