Staffing and Recruitment Coordinator

£31-33k DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and people-focused Staffing Coordinator to join the Events team at Rocket Food. This role is central to the successful delivery of events, supporting the recruitment, scheduling and development of a high-performing front-of-house workforce.

Working closely with the Events, Operations and People & Culture teams, you will help ensure staffing operations are efficient, accurate and compliant across a busy and varied events calendar. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail and a genuine interest in people development.

Flexible working options and reasonable adjustments can be discussed throughout the recruitment process.

Staffing, Recruitment & Development

Support recruitment planning and delivery in line with the annual events cycle
Coordinate regular onboarding and training sessions with People & Culture
Identify staff strengths and support balanced deployment across events
Act as a first point of contact for front-of-house staff, providing guidance and support

Event Staffing Operations

Manage event staffing bookings using the scheduling system
Produce accurate staffing schedules, timesheets and security lists
Ensure staff sign-in procedures and presentation standards are maintained
Support event managers with on-site staff performance monitoring

Payroll, Reporting & Administration

Ensure timesheets are returned, checked and processed accurately and on time
Support payroll processing and monitor staffing-related expenses
Maintain staffing systems in line with forecasts and operational requirements
Collate event feedback to support continuous improvement
