EXPERIENCED RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – EARLY YEARS SECTOR

Fully Remote | Established Perms Desk | Live Vacancies | Uncapped Commission

Location: Fully remote, however applicants should be based in Southern England or South Wales

Are you a proven 360 recruiter with a strong billing history and a track record of successful permanent placements?

Smileys Childcare Agency is seeking an experienced, commercially focused recruiter to take ownership of a busy and established permanent recruitment desk within the Early Years sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated recruiter who enjoys building long-term client relationships, managing the full recruitment process and delivering exceptional results.

· Key Responsibilities

Manage the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Source, screen and interview candidates.
Manage interviews, offers and placements.
Develop existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and compliance processes.
Achieve agreed activity, placement and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience in a 360 recruitment role.
Strong and demonstrable billing history.
Proven track record of successful permanent placements.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
Professional, driven and results-focused.

Applicants should have previous 360 recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of placements and billing performance.
