Associate Dentist – Join Dove Dental
Build your patient base. Deliver exceptional dentistry. Grow your profile.
At Dove Dental, we're looking for an ambitious, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our modern, digitally driven practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about providing outstanding care while developing a thriving list of patients.
With a consistent flow of new patients, a broad range of treatments, and flexible working arrangements, you'll have everything you need to grow your clinical practice in a supportive environment.
If you've built a personal brand or have an active social media presence that attracts and engages patients, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Role
You'll provide high-quality, patient-centred dentistry by:
- Carrying out comprehensive examinations and diagnosing oral health conditions.
- Creating personalised treatment plans and clearly explaining options to patients.
- Delivering a wide range of treatments, including restorative dentistry, extractions, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and preventive care.
- Working with digital dentistry and CAD/CAM technology for crowns, bridges, and other indirect restorations.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with GDC standards.
- Educating patients on oral health and helping them achieve long-term dental wellbeing.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
- GDC registered with strong clinical skills.
- Confident in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Experienced in general dentistry, with digital dentistry/CAD-CAM experience being an advantage.
- An excellent communicator who builds trust and lasting patient relationships.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Passionate about growing their reputation and patient following.
- Social media savvy or already developing a personal brand (desirable but not essential).
