The Vacancy
TPT Retirement Solutions are looking for an organised and approachable Recruitment & HR Administrator to support recruitment campaigns, candidate communications and onboarding across TPT.
This varied role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, is able to multi-task and deliver a high-quality recruitment service to our business.
What you’ll be doing:
Support the recruitment cycle for TPT vacancies, helping to deliver an efficient recruitment service on time.
Manage the recruitment mailbox, responding to first-line queries and escalating queries where needed.
Using TPT’s Applicant Tracking System (Networx) to support vacancy approvals, job postings and promotion across job boards, social media and LinkedIn.
Drafting candidate communications, including job adverts, emails and rejection notifications.
Co-ordinating screening calls, interviews and meetings with candidates, hiring managers and agencies.
Administering pre-employment checks, including references, medicals and right to work checks.
Organising induction activities and supporting a positive onboarding experience for new starters.
Provide general HR administration, including employee record maintenance, and mailbox cover.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
Experience of working in an office environment, and preferably from working in a recruitment or HR team supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Four GCSEs at grade C / 4 or above, including Maths and English.
Clear communication skills and a tactful, approachable manner.
Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise own work, multitask and follow processes.
Accuracy, discretion and attention to detail when handling confidential information.
A positive, flexible and customer-focused approach.
Able to use initiative, solve problems and work well in a fast paced environment.
Experience of using an applicant tracking system is desirable (training will be provided)
