We have a brand-new Stradivarius store opening in Kingston. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team and be part of this special opening. Who We Are Stradivarius is part of the Inditex Group — one of the world’s largest fashion retailers. We bring accessible, trend-led fashion to our customers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Our stores are all about efficiency, teamwork and making it easy for customers to find what they want, when they want it. About the Role This is not your typical shop floor role. It’s fast, hands-on and always moving. You’ll be at the center of the action — keeping stock flowing, supporting your team and making sure the store runs smoothly. If you enjoy being busy, staying organised and getting stuck in, you’ll feel right at home here. We are looking for sales assistants that would like to work more than 24h a week. This is a 3-month temporary contract. An extension or permanent role may be possible depending on business needs and performance, but it isn’t guaranteed. The work is hands-on and fast-paced, and you’ll learn quickly through on-the-job support and training. What You’ll Do Keep products flowing from stockroom to shop floor, ensuring availability all day Replenish, organise and maintain a clean, easy-to-shop store Handle deliveries and large volumes of stock quickly and accurately Use store systems, RFID and handheld devices to manage stock Support fitting rooms and return products efficiently Help customers find what they need — quick, simple and friendly What We’re Looking For We’re looking for people who are: Energetic and hands-on – comfortable in an active, physical role Fast and organised – able to keep up with a high-volume environment Team-focused – supportive, respectful and ready to help others Positive and proactive – you don’t wait to be asked Open to learning – especially when it comes to technology and systems Reliable and adaptable – ready for busy days and changing priorities Availability & flexibility (please read carefully) • Fully Flexible part timers • Weekend work is part of retail and required. • Your availability is agreed before you start and is expected to remain consistent once in role • This role may include early mornings and busy trading periods.
