Job Title – Bartender/Server

Where - Wings And Beer Co., Preston

When - Part-time 12 - 20 hours per week.

Wings And Beer Co. is a food and sport lead venue located in the heart of Preston. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bartenders and Servers. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining and drinking experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner

- Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff

- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area

- Ensure the accuracy of customer orders and address any special requests or allergies

- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

- Uphold our standards for food safety and sanitation

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Must be at least 18 years old, to serve alcohol

- Food handler's permit or bartending certification is a plus

- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
