Full job description

Reades is a multi-award-winning Estate & Letting Agency with branches in Hawarden (Flintshire) and Tarvin (Chester), and we have an exciting opportunity for a highly capable, self motivated individual to join the existing team as Sales Consultant.

Applicants must be:

Enthusiastic

Able to communicate clearly
Capable of administration at pace

This is a fast-paced, demanding sales role with high earning potential and huge job satisfaction for driven, customer-oriented salespeople.

In return for your commitment, you will be rewarded with a very competitive salary with uncapped commission structure, offered the opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications and have the prospect of further progression. Experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate, training provided.

Overview of duties:

Prepare property listings
Handle enquiries
Arrange appointments
Conduct viewings
Negotiate, agree and progress sales
Diary management
Host and take part in meetings
Make legal and financial referrals
Administration associated with the above

Status & Salary:

Full time, permanent
£26,000 basic annual salary, with on-target earnings of £37,300 per annum based on achievable target comprising commissions and bonuses
Commissions are paid for every sale and are UNCAPPED, so the more you sell, the more you earn
