Customer Success Executive (Fixed-Term Contract)

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to work with existing and new E3 customers. The successful applicant will onboard customers and provide on-going support post sales. The goal is to ensure that we effectively set firms up to take advantage of our innovative approach to training and to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

· Helping customers integrate E3 into their daily workflow

· Proactively manage day to day relations with E3 customers

· Run periodic reviews with E3 customers

· Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution

· Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction

· Develop listening points in the customer journey (e.g., usage, satisfaction, etc.)

· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and product development

· Develop operational metrics and improve existing processes

· Support customer management strategy

We are looking for someone who:

· Can communicate clearly both verbally and in writing

· Can mange weekly reporting, including successful calls made and challenges faced

· Is happy to be hands on in a high-tech environment. You don't need to be a techie, but you need to be happy to learn and get involved

· Has the ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building

· Has a strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth

· Has the ability to develop a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models

· Has an analytical and process-oriented mindset - happy to learn how to analyse data / automate key tasks

· Can demonstrate a desire for continuous learning and improvement

· Can work with our development team to ensure that customer needs and feedback are reflected in development plan

· Can work independently and can seek opportunities for overall business development

Your academic status and previous experience are not of overall importance. We want to see that you can think critically and communicate effectively but most importantly you want to learn.
