Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves managing a wide range of HR functions to support organisational growth and employee engagement. The successful candidate will utilise their expertise in HRIS systems, administrative skills, and excellent communication abilities to optimise human resources processes and foster a positive workplace environment. This paid position offers an opportunity to contribute to organisational success while developing professional skills within a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms to ensure accurate employee data management.
Oversee data entry tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee records with precision and confidentiality.
Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling using Salesforce and other social media management tools.
Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and maintain effective communication channels across departments.
Prepare reports on HR metrics and analyse data to inform strategic decision-making.
Support administrative functions related to payroll, benefits administration, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles with a strong understanding of HR practices.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) including Salesforce or equivalent tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record management.
Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is desirable.
Prior experience working with HR software such as Workday or Taleo is advantageous.

Pay: £24,420.00-£59,033.10 per year
