Collums is a UK based SaaS platform that helps aesthetic doctors & nurses to manage their patients and businesses. From booking appointments to consent forms, photos and medical notes, Collums takes care of the entire journey.

Collums launched in 2021 after 3 years of development led by clinic owner and respected aesthetics doctor, Dr Askari Townshend and continues to grow from strength to strength.

Who we are looking for

Someone passionate about helping grow our business whilst keeping customer focussed and helping them thrive. With a small and highly skilled team, we are an agile company and change fast. Regardless of our job titles, we all get stuck into whatever is needed and develop a broad range of skills and understanding of the product.

What you will do

As a Customer Success Assistant, you will start your journey to become a Collums export from day one, to enable you to onboarding new clients, assist with their setup and provide them with training and on-going support.

Your main focus will be on the processes required to on-board and retain customers but we are also looking for someone that has the ability to perform demos and contribute to marketing. A small team like ours really needs an all rounder!

You will work closely with the CEO and the Commercial Director to ensure client expectations are met with a well synchronised team approach to new merchant journeys. There may also be a collaboration to map out developmental improvements to the process in future.

As an early joiner in the Collums journey you will have the opportunity to shape this role and the trajectory of the company. For the right individual this could lead to building and leading the department to serve the expected high growth of Collums.

Responsibilities

Onboarding new customers inc sending quotes and invoices
Customer support & engagement
Creating/improving processes and creating documentation
Performing demos
Creation of marketing content
Renewals & encouraging uptake of annual subscrioptions
Collecting feedback, reporting and analytics
Ad-hoc administrative tasks

What we are looking for

Min 1 year of strong customer service/support/sales experience.
Tech literate to an independent level inc Excel/spreadsheets.
A quick learner with curiosity and ability to learn independently.
Problem solving skills to assess and investigate issues quickly.
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal communicator and experience in training
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to present complex ideas clearly and be engaging
High level Critical thinking skills

Nice to have

Familiar with the service industry (ideally aesthetics/medispa)
Experience of CRM/Sales software eg Hubspot or Salesforce
Previous software onboarding & training role is another big bonus!
