Full job description

THE ROLE

We're a growing UK accountancy group and we're hiring a sales executive to own our pipeline and convert it. That's primarily fresh inbound enquiries, annual clients due for renewal, and warm leads from prospects we've already quoted. This is a pure sales seat, you're not doing the accounting, our team handles the technical work and you'll be given the systems, the leads and the training. Your job is to turn all of that into signed clients.

You'll be on Teams calls and the phone every day, running discovery, handling objections, and following up until deals close. We offer a high level specialist service, we need someone who can make that land.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own and convert leads across several brands, from fresh inbound to renewals and warm re-engagement
Run video and phone consultations with prospective clients
Reconnect with clients on annual engagements ahead of their recurring deadlines and lock in renewal revenue
Work our bank of previously quoted prospects, warm leads where timing or cost wasn't right first time round, and bring them back to the table
Work a disciplined follow-up process so nothing slips
Hit and beat monthly targets, with uncapped commission on what you bring in
Work closely with the chief commercial officer, who'll back you with systems, leads and training

WHO YOU ARE

A genuinely very strong communicator who builds rapport fast and adapts to whoever's in front of you
Quick on your feet, comfortable leading a call and confident closing
Organised and persistent, your follow-up game is tight
Motivated by uncapped earnings and getting deals done
You don't need an accountancy background. You do need to be comfortable getting up to speed on what we offer and talking about it credibly. We train the rest.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

£32,000 base with uncapped commission, realistic OTE of £62,000-£82,000 and real upside beyond it
The systems, leads and training to hit it, we've built the engine, you drive it
Three warm channels feeding your pipeline (inbound, renewals, past quotes), not cold prospecting.

EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the accounting or financial services industry
Proficiency with general CRM platforms
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written follow-up
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, or Etsy is a bonus

Pay: £32,000.00-£82,000.00 per year
