About the work

I am looking for someone to help me review slides and documents for a client in the tech sector, and score how well they are written.

You will read the material, judge it against a set of rules, and write a short, plain explanation of your scores.

This is not a writing job. It is a judging job. The skill is noticing when something reads badly and being able to say exactly why.

Who this suits

Someone patient and detail-minded. Most of this work is spotting small things that other people skim straight past — a word doing the wrong job, a claim with nothing behind it, a heading that says the same thing twice.

You need the discipline to follow a detailed set of rules without drifting from them. Each piece of work has a set time limit, so you need to work carefully but not slowly. Most people find the rhythm quickly once trained.

No specific prior experience needed. Full training is provided.

What I offer

Genuinely flexible hours, worked around your own schedule
Fully remote
A week of one-to-one training at the start, paid at £15 per hour
Self-employed, so you are free to take other work alongside this

Pay: £20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 40.0 per week
