Maison V&B is a UK importer and distributor of independent French wines sourced directly from small family-owned wineries across France.
Our mission is to introduce unique, high-quality wines to restaurants, hotels, wine bars, pubs and hospitality venues throughout the UK while building long-term relationships with our customers.
As a growing business, our ambition is to establish Maison V&B as a trusted supplier within the hospitality sector and develop a strong network of venues across the North West and beyond.
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, motivated and self-employed representative to help us introduce our wines to hospitality businesses across Manchester, Cheshire, Staffordshire, Liverpool and surrounding areas.
This is a flexible, relationship-focused role that involves meeting hospitality decision-makers in person, organising wine tastings and helping develop new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, building relationships and representing a premium product with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Previous wine experience is welcomed but not essential. Hospitality, food & beverage, events, restaurant, hotel or customer-facing sales experience would be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
Visit restaurants, hotels, wine bars, pubs and hospitality venues in person.
Introduce Maison V&B and our portfolio of independent French wines.
Organise and conduct wine tastings for venue owners, managers and purchasing decision-makers.
Build long-term relationships with hospitality businesses.
Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers.
Follow up on meetings, tastings and customer enquiries.
Provide market feedback and insights to help grow the business.
Represent Maison V&B professionally and help develop brand awareness within the hospitality sector.
What We're Looking For
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
✅ Comfortable meeting people face-to-face.
✅ Self-motivated and able to work independently.
✅ Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, events, food & beverage or customer-facing experience preferred.
✅ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
✅ Passion for wine, food and hospitality is a bonus.
✅ Existing hospitality contacts or network would be advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £80.00-£150.00 per day
