Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draughtsman/woman to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and models for a variety of projects. The position is suitable for individuals with a strong background in technical drawing, graphic design, or construction experience.

Duties

Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using SolidWorks.
Create accurate schematics and system designs for engineering projects.
Interpret engineering and architectural designs
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet specifications and standards.
Revise drawings based on project requirements and feedback.
Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and project requirements while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Draughtsman/woman or similar role within construction or engineering sectors.
Proficiency in CAD software including SolidWorks
Strong understanding of schematics, system design, and graphic visualisation techniques.
Knowledge of construction processes and experience working on architectural or engineering projects is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to interpret technical specifications accurately.
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
