Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking an experienced Chef de Rang to join the team at Pavyllon London, Chef Yannick Alléno's Michelin starred restaurant.

The role
As Chef de Rang, you will take ownership of your section and play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
You will deliver polished, intuitive, and personalised service while building strong knowledge of the menu, beverages, ingredients, and the stories behind them. Working closely with both the culinary and front of house teams, you will ensure every guest receives a seamless and engaging experience from arrival through to departure.

What you will do

Deliver exceptional, personalised service to guests throughout their dining experience

Take ownership of your section, ensuring smooth and attentive service at every stage

Confidently guide guests through the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods

Develop a strong understanding of wines and beverage pairings

Build genuine connections with guests through professional and engaging service

Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless coordination

Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with care and efficiency

Maintain the highest standards of presentation, professionalism, and hospitality

Support the development and training of junior team members

Uphold Four Seasons and Pavyllon service standards at all times
What we are looking for

Previous experience as a Chef de Rang, Waiter, or Waitress within a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment

Passion for food, wine, and delivering memorable guest experiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

Ability to perform confidently in a fast paced service environment

Positive and collaborative approach to teamwork

Interest in French cuisine and Michelin starred service standards is advantageous

Genuine desire to develop within a world class hospitality environment

What to expect

Full time position based on a 40 hour working week

Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule
