Full job description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience across every stage of their journey.

You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries via email, telephone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and live chat. You will also engage with our growing online community by replying to comments across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.

Working closely with our Sales team, you will assist customers both in-store and online, providing accurate advice, resolving queries efficiently and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service. As your product knowledge and experience grow, you will have the opportunity to become increasingly involved in the sales process.

Your responsibilities will also include:

Delivering a warm, professional welcome to customers visiting our showroom.
Managing customer bookings and ensuring all information is accurately recorded and maintained.
Resolving customer concerns and complaints quickly, professionally and fairly.
Responding to customer reviews and helping maintain our excellent reputation.
Processing payments for customer collections.
Managing mail order enquiries, including providing order updates and tracking information.
Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all internal systems are kept up to date.
Supporting the sales team by identifying opportunities to upsell products and services where appropriate.
