We have a vacancy for a Electronics Test Technician at our research and development lab located in Witchford (near Ely), Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting opportunity to get inside the heart of the expanding and vibrant digital video plus AI/ML technology industry.
*Duties*
Working on our range of embedded computer and digital video products, alongside a dynamic team of Electronics and Software Engineers, the responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Production batch testing of embedded computer modules, peripheral cards and systems
- Test data collection and reporting of observations
- Conformance testing of products
- Investigation and resolution of hardware issues
*Technical Skills (Essential)*
The applicant should have skills and experience in the following areas:
- Experience and knowledge of circuit board testing
- Ability to read and understand electronic circuit diagrams
- Experience of using digital meters and oscilloscopes
- Experience of using soldering iron
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Qualified to C&G/HND/HNC level
