Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Outbound Sales Agent to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients, promoting our products and services, and building strong relationships to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and experience in B2B sales. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable. This position offers an engaging environment where your sales expertise can flourish while contributing to the company's success.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using telemarketing techniques to generate new business opportunities.
Engage with prospects via phone and utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to manage leads and track interactions effectively.
Present product features and benefits clearly, addressing client needs and objections confidently.
Maintain accurate records of all communications within CRM systems and follow up diligently on leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets and achieving sales goals.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and maintaining professional rapport.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services during client interactions.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ offerings to enhance sales approaches.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or a similar outbound sales role.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to persuade and negotiate effectively with clients.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching targets and overcoming challenges.
Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively within a team environment.
Prior experience in telemarketing or direct sales is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
