Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, actively engaging with potential clients in various locations to promote our products and services. Your enthusiasm, strategic approach, and exceptional communication skills will drive new business opportunities and foster long-term relationships. Duties

Identify and target prospective clients through proactive outreach and market analysis
Conduct face-to-face meetings to present product offerings, understand client needs, and demonstrate value propositions
Develop tailored sales strategies to secure new business deals and expand existing accounts
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using CRM tools like Salesforce
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction
Analyze sales data and market trends to refine approaches and maximize revenue opportunities
Lead by example in maintaining high standards of professionalism, motivation, and leadership within the team

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client information and sales pipelines
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate colleagues and influence stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and resilience in challenging environments
Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories and work independently
