Full job description

Role Purpose:

The Compliance Administrator provides operational and administrative support across the compliance function, with a particular focus on maintaining regulatory good standing across all licensed entities. The role acts as a central coordination point for banking relationships, third-party due diligence (payment service providers and casino/game content providers), and the ongoing maintenance of due diligence and risk assessment records.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, compile, and submit bank account opening applications for Group entities, ensuring all corporate, ownership, and licensing documentation is accurate, current, and complete.
Act as the primary point of contact for banks throughout the onboarding process, responding to follow-up questions and supplementary information requests in a timely manner.
Coordinate and obtain all the documents required to support banking applications.
Track the status of all open banking applications and escalate delays or additional requirements to the Head of Compliance
Maintain a central log of all Group bank accounts, their status, and the supporting due diligence pack held on file for each relationship.
Manage incoming due diligence and KYB (Know Your Business) requests from payment service providers (PSPs) and casino/game content providers, acting as the liaison between the provider and internal stakeholders.
Identify, request, and collect the documentation required to satisfy each provider's due diligence checklist
Chase internal departments for outstanding documents and information, maintaining clear deadlines and audit trails of requests made and received.
Review collected documentation for completeness and consistency prior to submission, flagging gaps or discrepancies to the Head of Compliance.
Maintain a due diligence tracker per provider, recording request dates, documents submitted, outstanding items, and renewal/refresh dates .
Support the onboarding and periodic review cycles of PSPs and casino/game providers, ensuring documentation remains valid and re-certifications are completed ahead of expiry.
Coordinate the collection of documentation and information from payment and casino/game providers required to complete the Group's internal risk assessment of those third parties.
Maintain an up-to-date due diligence file for every company within the Group
Proactively monitor expiry and renewal dates for corporate documents, licences, and due diligence certifications across all Group entities, and initiate renewal requests in advance.
Ensure familiarity with current regulatory requirements across all licensing jurisdictions and remain up to date with any changes.
Formulate compliance checklists to ensure that all information required by regulators, banks, and providers is provided accurately and on time.
Assist in establishing new entities within the Group, including supporting documentation and structural set-up.
Adapt existing organizational structures as needed to reflect Group changes.
Develop and enhance internal workflows, templates, and compliance documentation.
Keep thorough physical and digital records of all compliance-related documentation, including banking, provider due diligence, and Group entity files.
Ensure records are organized, version-controlled, and readily retrievable for audits, regulatory reviews, or provider requests.
Ensure all documents and information requested are delivered within the agreed (SLA) timelines, proactively managing internal turnaround to avoid delays.
Undertake additional tasks as required to support the needs of the Compliance team.

Key Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 years administrative experience in a igaming, legal, banking, or financial services environment (e.g., as an administrative assistant to a lawyer/law firm, or within a bank or financial institution), with exposure to formal document handling, confidentiality requirements, and procedural accuracy.
Prior experience in a compliance, AML, or regulatory administration role, ideally within iGaming, financial services, or payments, is an advantage.
Familiarity with KYB/due diligence documentation (corporate structures, UBO, source of wealth/funds, licensing documents).
Experience liaising with banks or payment providers on onboarding or due diligence matters is highly advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple document requests and deadlines across several counterparties simultaneously.
High attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive corporate and financial documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning ticketing/tracking tools such as Jira.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally liaise with external banks and providers.
