You will be working in the Building Services OU based in 51 Moorgate in where we are responsible for creating healthy workplaces, comfortable homes and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer who will be responsible for the Maintenance, response, and fault analysis of building operations

As the Multi Skilled Engineer, you will:

carry out the day to day servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure and the ability to carry out breakdown maintenance on mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.
Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification
Be aware of Safe Systems of Work and its application, performed under the terms of the contract and to assist with carrying out sub-contractor inductions and putting people safely to work.
Implement & comply with the procedures as detailed in the company’s Health & Safety Policies, Statutory obligations and in accordance with the Skanska IFE (Injury Free Environment).

We are looking for:

A Technical Background, either Mechanically or Electrically qualified, with strong experience in Building Services Engineering.
Demonstrate understanding of statutory compliance HVAC and Water Treatment.
Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to demonstrate experience in a customer facing role.
