Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind our outbound sales efforts, engaging potential clients through compelling phone conversations. Your enthusiasm and persuasive communication skills will help build strong relationships, promote our products or services, and contribute to our company’s growth. This commission-based position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment where your proactive approach makes a real impact.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our offerings with confidence and clarity
Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to match their requirements effectively
Maintain detailed records of interactions and update customer information using Brevo and CRM software
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into loyal customers
Handle objections professionally, providing solutions that highlight the value of our products or services
Track call outcomes and prepare reports to monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or related roles is highly desirable
Familiarity with CRM software to manage customer interactions efficiently
Excellent verbal skills with the ability to engage prospects actively and persuasively
Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset
Knowledge of telemarketing techniques and best practices for cold calling success
Demonstrated organisational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
