Job Introduction

40 hours per week
Monday – Friday
You will be working an 8 hour shift which will be scheduled between the hours of 7am – 7pm
£15.62 per hour
Discounted hot food and salads in on site restaurant

Corporate Receptionist - Kings Cross, London, N1C 4AG - Full Time

As a Receptionist with Sodexo, you'll be the welcoming face of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless workplace operations and shape that all-important guest experience.

What you'll do:

Be the first point of contact for the client and deal with client requests
Greet and assist employees, clients, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Deliver consistent front-of-house operations, including reception, visitor sign-ins, communal areas, on site restaurant and meeting room coordination.
Ensuring Tea/Coffee Machines in Vending hubs are stocked and operating issues reported
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (eg couriers and external contractors) to support a seamless workplace experience.
Support other team members on site when required (eg AV troubleshooting in meeting rooms, events set up, hospitality service)
Handle incoming communications and ensure messages are delivered accurately and efficiently.
Ensure Reception is a tidy, organized and welcoming space to create a great first impression.
Conduct Post Room duties including receiving and logging all items or packages and delivering to other users of the building
Ensure Mailroom is kept clean and tidy
Communicate to customers when items are available for collection

What you'll bring:

Previous experience in a similar client facing Corporate Receptionist Role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook)
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
