Health Solutions Clinic is building a professional, patient-focused healthcare destination in Newburn. Newcastle Physio Solutions is already operating from the clinic, and we are now looking for an ambitious Podiatrist / Chiropodist Partner to establish and grow the podiatry side of the clinic.
This is a chance to build your own private podiatry practice from a modern clinic setting while becoming part of a wider healthcare vision. We are looking for someone who sees an empty room not as a problem, but as an opportunity:

The opportunity
This is a genuinely self-employed opportunity. You will remain responsible for your own clinical work, professional registration, patient care records, and business decisions. In return, you will have access to a professional clinic environment, a growing healthcare platform, and support options designed to help you build at the level you choose. You will have the freedom to develop your own podiatry practice, clinical interests, and patient base. We are not offering a conventional employed role. We are looking for a capable clinician who wants the autonomy of self-employment and the opportunity to help establish a valuable new service within an expanding clinic. There is potential to retain up to 90% of net patient receipts, depending on the commercial option selected and the source of the patient. Final commercial arrangements will be agreed separately before commencement.
Build your own podiatry service.
This is a blank canvas with a platform beneath it. You could develop a private service around the areas of podiatry in which you have genuine experience, competence, and enthusiasm. That might include general private podiatry, biomechanical assessment, foot-health education, or another appropriate clinical focus within your professional scope of practice.
You will have the opportunity to shape the service, build your own reputation, attract and retain your own patients, and become the person patients think of when they need trusted local podiatry care. Two ways to build your practice:
Operational Support Model — 10% For the podiatrist who wants a professional clinic base while taking greater responsibility for generating and developing their own patient base. This package includes room use, call handling, reception, agreed software costs, telephone and broadband infrastructure, basic diary support, standard patient communications, and passive clinic advertising. It is a straightforward, professional way to run a private practice without taking on a full premises commitment.
Growth Support Model — 30% For the podiatrist who wants to build more actively and use the Health Solutions Clinic platform to support growth. Alongside the operational support above, this option includes an agreed allocation of marketing time. This may include website updates, social-media and content creation, follow-up automations, database support, conversion tracking, campaign development, and other agreed marketing activity. The additional growth allocation is directed into paid advertising agreed with you. Campaigns, budgets, target audiences, and priorities are agreed together and reconciled weekly. This is not a promise of patients or income. It is a chance to put more resource behind the development of your practice and create greater long-term opportunity.
Availability
You will have flexibility to shape your own working pattern. However, private practice grows when patients can access appointments that fit around work and family life. We are therefore particularly interested in someone able to offer weekday evening appointments and selected weekend availability where patient demand supports it, alongside their preferred working pattern.

You will be an HCPC-registered Podiatrist with the confidence to work independently and the clinical standards to deliver an outstanding patient experience. But registration is only the starting point. You will be clinically capable, patient-focused, commercially aware, and motivated by the prospect of building a service rather than simply filling occasional clinic hours. You will take pride in your reputation, follow through on opportunities, and enjoy creating a practice that patients want to return to and recommend.
