Location: Clairleigh Nursing Home, Bromley
Salary: £22.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

Non-Sponsership Position

Clairleigh Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our exceptional team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting doctors’ rounds and managing medication orders.
Using electronic care planning software to maintain accurate records.
Managing medication systems, with familiarity in the Atlas medication system being an advantage.
Conducting staff supervisions and appraisals.
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educating residents and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care.

What We Offer

Competitive Pay: £22.00 per hour.
Schedule: 24 hours per week with opportunities for additional shifts.
Team Support: Work alongside a second nurse on a separate floor, supported by well-trained care assistants and senior staff. You will report to the Manager, Deputy Manager, and Clinical Lead.
Facilities: On-site parking.
Benefits: Referral program and commission pay.

A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience in patient care, medical documentation, and staff management.
