Clarence Recruitment is working in partnership with a successful and well-regarded secondary school in Coventry, seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join its thriving department. Conveniently located for candidates travelling from the Midlands, this role offers an excellent opportunity to further your career within a supportive and forward-thinking school.

The successful candidate will teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to deliver Chemistry at A-Level depending on experience. The school is looking for an engaging classroom practitioner who can inspire students, promote scientific curiosity, and secure strong academic outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Have experience teaching Science at secondary level.

Have the ability to teach Chemistry at KS5 (desirable but not essential).
Demonstrate strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
Be committed to achieving excellent outcomes for all learners.
Possess excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive department.
Be passionate about developing students' understanding and enjoyment of Science.
