ABOUT US
NBCUniversal is a leader in providing entertainment programming to the US and International marketplaces. The division is responsible for the distribution of NBCU’s film and TV product to television and new media customers in all markets outside North America. The International Transactional team has specific responsibility for growing distribution in these markets, including managing ongoing customer relationships to maximise revenue.
The Account Management team is responsible for management of key transactional digital customers (covering PEW (PEST & PVOD), EST & VOD) including:
Multi-territory platform customers (e.g. Amazon, Apple, Google, Microsoft etc.); and
Key in-territory transactional partners (e.g. Sky, Orange etc.)
The team manage some of our largest digital customers and are responsible for making these relationships as profitable as possible. The team have key budget responsibility and are assessed and tracked based on ambitious revenue growth targets in 2026 and beyond.
This 6 Month Fixed Term Contract as Account Management Assistant role is a key role within the team and will work closely with the Sales Administration, Operations, Business Insights, Marketing (Consumer and Trade) and Finance teams to ensure delivery of accurate information on new content launches, pricing and promotions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Day to day management of transactional partners on assigned territories alongside Senior Account Manager with leading role for some local platforms
Originate and implement revenue driving initiatives including promotions
Work with Senior Account Manager to ensure smooth launches across Film & TV & Premium launches with transition to EST/VOD
Work closely with retailers to ensure maximum coverage of all new releases
Provide overall support to Senior Account Manager to ensure revenue is maximised across all platforms and all product lines
Liaise with multiple teams across regions to ensure accurate and timely implementation of initiatives

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment
Ability to handle short deadlines/turnarounds and multiple competing priorities
Team-player who can successfully operate in a team-oriented setting and can demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, people and project management skills
Self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate good follow-through while adhering to deadline
