Full job description

Full-time Maternity Cover 6 months to 1 year

Job Summary

Full-time covering Monday to Fridays either 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00, also 1 in 5 Saturday cover. The Candidate must have strong Social Media skills which is a large part of this role, covering Facebook and Tik Tok etc. Also as an Administration Assistant, you need to provide administrative, marketing, and customer service support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. The role involves coordinating retail administration, managing promotional materials, supporting social media activity and maintaining strong communication with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update the company's social media platforms with engaging content. Creative approach to producing marketing materials and social media content using Canvar software to design media posters.
Process and send purchase orders (POs) for suppliers.
Prepare product information for weekend special promotions.
Prepare and print black price tickets and other retail signage.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone.
Order and maintain office stationery and supplies.
Use Microsoft Office applications to create documents, spreadsheets and reports.
Support retail operations with a range of ad hoc administrative and marketing tasks as required.

Skills & Experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Friendly and professional customer service skills.

Pay: £13.10 per hour
