    Skills : Our client, a global telecoms company, requires a 2nd Line Support Engineer to take up an initial 3 month contract role based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne for a large government end-client. The role will involve supporting standard and complex incidents/problems on all Genesys and Verint components as well as other IPCC components. This will be within a high pressure environment requiring great attention to detail and careful adherence to correct process. You will interface with other customer Programme support teams, client teams, and suppliers. The post requires a team player who is willing and able to work effectively with other technicians with a "one team" mentality. This position will provide opportunities to work on new solution designs and on Handover to Support activities.
