Our role of Health Care Assistant can vary enormously dependant on the setting and clients individual needs. This role may include helping clients to wash, bathe, dress and eat. You will also be required to support the client out in the community to complete everyday tasks. We expect the successful candidate to be good at observing and able to spot someone's needs even when the client is unable to ask for help. You must be comfortable with taking on intimate aspects of a clients care. All of our staff must be able to provide an excellent standard of care that is beneficial to our service user.
