Assistant Account Executive - Hampshire, Hampshire This position requires someone to Manage a given workload within their Commercial Team & ensure they achieve the targets set in order that the Company's Strategic Objectives are met. Key Accountabilities: Negotiate, Underwrite, Accept & Renew Business within Personal Risk Acceptance Authority as required within your Team. Assist with Ensuring Credit Control complies with the Departmental Requirements. Assist towards Achieving the Company's 48 Hour Service Standards. Maintain Good Working Relationships with Management & Staff at all levels within the Company with the Insurers & our Customers in order to contribute towards the Profitable Development of the Company's Business. Continuously Improve Own Development in Accordance with Own Career Development Plan. Assist with Additional Tasks from Time to Time as requested by their Team Leader. Key Skills & Knowledge Minimum 6 Months Insurance Experience. Basic General Insurance Knowledge & Basic Knowledge of In-House Systems in all Defined Areas. FIT or higher CII Qualifications are Desirable. Team Player. Good Customer Service Skills including Telephone Skills. It is essential that all applicants hold a full driving licence
