We positively welcome applications from suitable females as this is highly sensitive employment involving the care of both males, females and vulnerable children, and as such our workforce needs to be gender balanced and therefore our recruitment decisions will reflect this.

  • Assist in the control of incidents and emergencies to reduce the impact and bring to a swift and satisfactory conclusion.
  • Create and produce activities to occupy and engage those in short term care.

  • Ensure that the detainees’ moral and legal rights are observed at all times as per your training and current regulations.

Although we are looking to recruit primarily for Manchester, Oxford and London, additional hours in other locations may be offered to the right candidates. The number of hours offered will depend upon the demands of the business; however, we always endeavour to accommodate the amount of hours requested by individuals.

Successful candidates will be offered employment subject to achieving the standards required on the initial training programme and meeting our Security Screening and Vetting Standards including DBS and CTC checks.
