CosmoLab is a leading manufacturer of premium quality teeth whitening and dental care products. We manufacture dental cosmetic products for customers in their own brand from our factory in Billingham. For example, we produce private label whitening toothpastes, teeth whitening kits, whitening powders all in our customers’ own brand.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for procurement, planning, inventory management, supplier performance, logistics and continuous improvement. You will ensure materials are available to support production while delivering excellent customer service and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Manage supplier relationships, contracts and negotiations.
· Oversee inventory control, forecasting and demand planning.
· Ensure material availability to support production schedules.
· Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Monitor and improve OTIF, inventory accuracy and supplier performance.
· Lead and develop the supply chain team.
· Ensure compliance with quality, GMP and company standards.
What We Are Looking For
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Supply Chain Management role.
· Manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, cosmetics or related industry experience.
· Strong ERP/MRP and inventory management knowledge.
· Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
· Strong analytical, planning and leadership capabilities.
· CIPS, APICS or equivalent qualification desirable.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday but may require occasional out of hours and weekends.
- 8.45am - 5pm Monday-Thursday & 9.00 - 4pm on Friday

Pay: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
