What is the best part of working at the company?
I get the school holidays 
But the company is awful meant to be a family run business. 
Yet when my mom passed away suddenly they said I get 2 days compassionate leave !!! 

I needed more time off they said I would need a sick note . Wtf I was grieving not  ill .
Also my daughter has her leaving year 11 mass & assembly & they won't give me the unpaid day off .
They are vile 
Don't work fir them !!!!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No help or support when needed 
Haven't enough staff to help.cover if someone off ill they expect you to do the work yourself

Awful

I have nothing positive to say about this company. All they think about is if your over budget putting immense pressure on the staff! management are a joke. No cover if anyones off sick, not enough kitchen hours . Then they start saying were cutting hours. You also have another area manager breathing down your neck constantly emailing about budgets. Overall if you want stress and hard work and no thanks for your hard work then this is the job for you. only plus is the children you feed.

Nothing they run you into the ground. The Management staff are nothing but back stabbers

Everything  they just expect more and more out of you

It is very Toxic not a very nice place to work 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Starting at 6am until 4-5pm doing 100s of miles per day

The worst company I have ever worked for. All the different management give you different rules from each other contradicting each other leaving you with mixed messages. Cheap short dated food used for the meals. Very poorly managed. Area Manager has appalling behaviour towards children and staff, thinking they are above everyone and speaking to them like dirt. Blatant bullying in the workplace and Hr do not help

Great company. Good hours but rubbish salary. Great system for the kitchens.

Travel between sites and salary.

Nice family feel to the company.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Lots of miles but very rewarding.

Great workplace,great team supportive,taught me lots already,perfect hours for my lifestyle,great benefits to working for dolce...so so happy..great to have a mixture of different duties,sometimes I could be in potwash and other times I may be asked to help with prep etc 😊

The worst company l have ever worked for. 
Management couldn’t care less about their staff. The kitchens are badly designed and there wasn’t enough workspace to do the job properly. 
Little thought is given to the practicality of the menus and how they can be produced on a large scale. Don’t believe what they say about the workplace in the job ad. They don’t care about you. They are a terrible company to work for.

No support at all from anyone

Overtime is never paid and no support

Awful managers have no clue how to deal with staff

Busy and usually understaffed

No gratitude for the staff that go above and beyond. Bullies and never get to see management even when theres a problem. We didn't meet our current manager until they'd been working for the company for over 2 months. All staff seem to be leaving because of poor management

12month probationary which is just so they can sack staff at anything.
Never paid correctly
Expect more hours than you get paid for but if you ever need time off it was denied.
