Eagle Eye has an amazing culture, the values show in everything they do starting at the top with the Exec team.  
The company expects a lot and is hard work and fast paced, but the people are amazing and make all the hard work worth while. 
It's the sort of place where you can see the impact of the work you do as it's still small enough, and that is really satisfying. 

Poor management and poor structure of the teams. Poor communication among people. Not treating people fairly and some staff suddenly disappeared from time to time. Not much career progress. There are a few members in the Executive Teams who are doing alright but it doesn't mean others will be as everyone else is a replaceable concept.

I have enjoyed every second I worked for Eagle Eye, everyone is super nice and there is no bitchiness or preferential treatment across the company. 
The events are fun and they have loads of perks.
You will enjoy working for them.

Support management out for themselves and not the team. 
No progression options, very little training, not much team work encouraged. 

Been here over a year now and I can highly recommend. People here are great and the management is top notch.

Working here has been a huge stepping stone for me and I've learnt a lot in my first year here. 

This experience was a waste of time, nothing to learn technically speaking ; there is a huge stack of mess due to the developers turnover.
The day to day is not easy and pretty painful as a developer.
