Management prioritise completely the wrong things, for example, they would get upset over something painfully trivial such as nobody replacing the milk but big problems would be ignored and would go unresolved.
Most days there was an unhealthy atmosphere which was really difficult to work in, also on a regular basis an internal argument would have gone on which would result in a senior member of staff “going to cool off”.
The MD was incredibly unreliable and would often go back on his word. He would also disappear whenever something needed dealing with.
Whilst I worked there I was personally never paid on time or the correct amount - it would come through in instalments of approximately 25% at a time. This was never discussed with staff beforehand.
Expenses had to be chased multiple times before they were approved and paid.
Staff were advised that the company had no money and yet they still expected everybody to continue working, effectively for free, whilst no one could pay their rent or bills.
Zero appreciation for staff and the work they put into projects. Everything was assumed and expected.

All in all a very unhealthy and unprofessional company to work for.

Whilst working here I was promised so much progression which never came to be and was owed a total of £3000 by the end of my short employment, They constantly said they didn't have enough to pay everyone but gave enough to cover bare minimums of your expenses
