What is the best part of working at the company?
Finishing and going home is the best part of the working day. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lazy colleagues that underachieve in the name of teamwork allowing overachievers on a lesser wage to burn out. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Emotionally immature with one member of staff always bringing meetings to a premature end with no progress due to screaming, shouting and squaring up to people that make valid points. Management too afraid to deal with said member. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typical day…. Go to work, see what needs done. Start doing it and then having to pick up the pace to get work don’t whilst carrying the underachiever.

It's one of those places where you get out what you put in, If you work hard then its appreciated by most management. The pay for the non management roles is generous, though i will say when progressing or joining the management side then tend to low ball in comparison to the main side of the business. That being said there is a much better work life balance and a lot less focus on money and more on service which is how it should be when dealing with the types of customers they do.

Computer system is hard to use and requires 2 VDU screens to operate.
Nowhere to go on a lunch time to get away from the the customer unless you sit in your car for an hour.

the quiet times in the afternoon 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
being micro managed by people who dont understand the practical side of the job & live in an office

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
destructive for a team & for personal life

Manager only bothered about himself and scoring brownie points area managers disrespectful patronising and have that 'im irreplaceable'attitude and think they are above everybody else and are only interested in figures,not interested in the staff whatsoever

What is the best part of working at the company?
everything working with the people i do makes the work life great

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
waiting for items to arrive for you to be able to keep people happy
