Napoleon appears organised but has a strict regime of stressing its staff and I mean stress. I am completely against the CULTURE of standing with ot without a customer. You have to be strong mentally to work in an environment like that cos STANDING for most hours of your shift could be daunting and I mean stressful. Of cos you are allowed to go out for cigarettes as many times as you want with a good meal within 30min break but you would have to be back stood up waiting and waiting. Apart from that, Napoleon could be an interesting place to work. If I am to recommend to them a way to maintain their staff to prevent them from repeated employment, it would be allow them to seat when they have nothing to do and whenever the customer checks in or its busy, a staff should choose a better way to manage their presence courteously. 

Very good environment to work in especially on weekends. Good team of colleagues around you and a very interesting lifestyle to be involved. The only downfall is shift partners and Long hour shifts.

If you’re not the best you get treated like dirt

Even if you are one of the best if you’re not in the inner circle the managers they make you’re life miserable and stunt any form of progression
