Regarding the TNT company I must say that it is not easy to work there the manager's treat us as if we were an animal, I think the animals are even more treated, really I must say that the evil is in the manager's and not the employees because reason exists  the manager's and to simplify the job is easier, it's not so bureaucratic, the supervisor pushes the manager, the manager pushes the worker, and vice versa there is no apparent reason to be honest it all comes down to convenience, in  Regarding working at TNT and forbidden to use and carry the smartphone, there is 15 minutes break nothing more than the money you get per hour and £ 8.21 but as we are at Christmas it is £ 9.44 past this holidays back all the same.

Avoid at all costs low wages for job that is expected treated like robots your ok if managers like you hours can be very long starting at 5.30pm and finishing at 03.30 or later hard physical work you work while most people stand around 
Management is a joke some manager are very rude and others don't treat you with respect just shout at you 
The work life balance is terrible your either  asleep or awake getting ready to go to work you don't have a two day weekend only one as you sleep most of Saturday 
I now know why TNT have such a big turn over of staff

a typical day at TNT would be unloading about 200 trailers a night,
I learned to work better as part of a team.
the management was ok but could be done better.
most of my co-workers were great and easy to work with.
the hardest part of the job was having to keep on my feet from 5pm until 2am and the most enjoyable part of the job was how much life everyone had and the cheerfulness of the other members of staff.

Was an excellent place to work before management started to change on a yearly basis.The money is good, the work is very hard as items can weigh up to a tonne although pallet trucks and sack barrows are on site. Very fast paced environment and expectancy is very high. Ideal job for a fit younger person.

Whilst working at TNT i was treated as a valued member of the team and respected by everyone, however the job itself was extremely tough with no breaks and low pay. With higher pay the job would have been much more enjoyable as it would have been worth the money.

Every day is a new beginning I enjoy spend my time at work I found joy and lots of fun of it.

My motto is to learn something New everyday.

I don't find really hard part of beeing at work at all.

The most enjoyable part of work for me when you work in a good and strong team and you support eachother.

Awful managers! You will go far if you are unfortunate enough to be related to one of them, being an absolute crawler helps, health & safety often goes out the window as does any expectation unbiased treatment, if you do start avoid management like the plague

All in all tnt is an absolute joke. Health and safety is minimal it’s full off clicks off people brown noses. The management are terrible in the Liverpool depot alone they are understaffed an no one cares.

7.5 ton driver.lorry loaded and routed for you when you arrive in morning.delv and collect or given route.sometimes you will get timed delv but not that often.return depot put lorry on bay for unloading(done by warehouse staff).debrief paperwork.

It’s pretty decent hours obviously tasking but the people have a laugh and it’s honestly decent work nothing bad to say about this place except one the managers will keep you there till the dot even if finished everything
