i am a very hard working individual ready to work in every environment that i find myself. I am a very observant and very, very friendly and flexible to work with. I become satisfy when I get a job done or help others solve their problem both at work or wherever i find myself. the only time I negotiate time with my employer is when there is a need of me for my family members. I like to listen and get my hands dirty all the time. I am family orient and never take what I have and life for granted. I love it with passion when a customer or a client or colleagues becomes satisfy when something get done in right direction. i am very good team player and make sure I,don't step on others toes to get my way through.I love myself, respect myself and others. Above all things I have a very good sense of humour.

Great People, Poor Executive decisions
I'm hoping that any one of the Executive officers reads this and understands that its coming from a place of critique. Not from a vindicative mindset.
After working for the business for 9 months which were, frankly.. stressful.
Your IT department is a major cog of the industry, if you carry on the way you are going you will sink. Your problems range from lack of documentation, relaxed security, improper or no internal reviewing of complex issues and lastly .. no interest from the board to improve. If you don't take action now you'll loose footing and it will be handled by Global (corporate), or worse the UK business arm will cease to function.
ProsAmazing line manager, Great colleagues, Potential for great things
ConsPoor executive decisions often conflict with themselves, No interest in allowing time for review/learning, Petty mindset resulting in purchasing costing the company

Its a good place
An excellent local business that supports the development of staff, I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to get a foot in the facilities management industry.

Missing Hours From Pay!
I've worked with servest for 2 years now, the first few months were a bit of a mess when it come to wages but they sorted it out, now we're back to the same problem! Last month I was missing 9 hours and this month I'm missing 10.75 hours! My in-store cleaning manager is amazing and I couldn't fault him but our area manager is useless! We haven't met him yet in 2 years and it seems like they're constantly switching job roles of who's the area manager and who isn't, the problems always get passed on to someone else!! Bloody useless!!!!

Croc of bull something
Management know nothing, if your face fits its everything. Treat people like dirt, poison firm stay away. Docklands office is a joke, shoehorning so many people into an office with no fire risk assessment.
ConsAsk to work double your time for free
Store Manager | Cheshire | 9 Jul 2020

Worst company I've worked for
Started working in the pubs that they bought in Suffolk. Just happened to be a few doors down from the CEOs house, they were therefore very involved in something they had absolutely no idea how to run. Disgusting way to run a business and I've never been treated worse as an employee. Avoid at all costs.
