Not everyones cup of tea
If you like working long hours doing the same monotonous work, with management telling you to work faster and not "safer".
It's a job you can choose to do short term if you need the extra cash.
Oh I would also recommend coming in early every time or you won't have a LLOP to drive which means you either; steal someone else one, effectively pushing the problem away,(The remedy is when you go on break always leave a pallet half full or full), or have the management sign you off for the day, meaning 0 cash.

Not the greatest
Management is very poor, deputy at store sat in office and popped out for vapes/smoke regular along with other staff members she was friendly with, would only come onto shopfloor when manager was in or visit was expected, would always pass blame onto other staff if something not done right, very poor management skills, no support given in store for anything, pay was always wrong as overtime hours where never put through correctly,

Helpful Colleagues & Fun Place to Work
You will meet many different people who will be happy to help you on your journey in the company. The management are more than happy to help you if you ever come across a problem. You will always get on-sight training and shown how use the equipment properly. The company as a whole is very helpful and communicative and will show you how to do different things whenever you are stuck

Productive and great environment
B&m is a good place to work as everybody works hard and everybody is friendly which enables great teamwork, The store has great management who are very supporting and try accommodating you as best they can. The hours are flexible aswell.
ProsAlways something to learn, always feel encouraged to take on new roles and go further within the company.

Never known a place like it
The worst culture I have ever known, they rely heavily on their ‘short service’ policy I.E. they will just dismiss anyone under two years service without proper investigation as there is no risk of tribunal. The way they treat their people is horrendous. Minimum wage jobs and minimum people skills.
ProsDiscount in B&M

Don’t go there!
All the reviews are fake! All stores are asked every week to leave 2 reviews on indeed to make it look like a good company! It’s far from it! If your face doesn’t fit you may aswell look for a new job! The workload on a daily basis is unrealistic! The company doesn’t care for its colleagues! Overworked and underpaid!!
