Good place
Agency work - good pay but not enough opportunities - travel is essential but good transport links on/near site - night shift was ok with help of others in team however employment is not guaranteed.

Warehouse Lead | United Kingdom | 15 Aug 2020
varied
Very quick to blame when tasks were not completed, deadlines were not met and any other issues that arose. Regardless of the underlying factors that caused any of the issues. Praise was rarely given even when individuals or teams went above and beyond to ensure work was completed and targets were achieved.

Very fast paced place. A lot of different drivers passing through the depot, a lot of paper work to sort. out. Get to see hundreds of different drivers everyday

Questions and answers about Eddie Stobart

How did you feel about telling people you worked at Eddie Stobart?
Asked 11 Apr 2017
Well I can tell you the upper management are liars. l know this from experience (ex Tesco driver) they will do anything to get new contracts. Andbody with an ounce of sence would not go there, everbody keeps saying there's a shortage of drivers (really) 8 9 10 pounds an hour. If there were a shortage of drivers I am sure the wages woud be a lote higher. So DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!.

What are the leadership style of Eddie Stobart
Asked 4 Nov 2018
It was a bad job move for me. Treated like a slave. Ignored no thank you for working on a day off. No nothing for covering until next shift decides to show up half an hour late nothing mentioned about persistent lateness. If your late by 5 minutes your wages are docked 2 hours.
