245-280 per week
Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery, receiving and processing warehouse stock products, performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
Good pay not enough shifts
At first the work was regular, minimum 37.5 hours but then it slowed right down when some weeks I'd be lucky to get 12 hours in a week.
There were times the manager told me to take my holiday pay if I wanted paying because they had too much security guards/officers and not enough work.
Hourly pay rate was decent.
Nice relaxed team, learning the basics with colleagues using the Microsoft office package.
Enjoy hitting targets and working with other people if required any assistance.

Unusual temporary workplace
Extra Personnel provided me with the opportunity to work in a cemetery office. A typical day includes booking burials from funeral directors. Dealing with customer queries on the telephone and in the office reception. Communicating with ground staff to make sure burials run smoothly. We run 3 cemeteries from one site and each site has different options so it requires a good knowledge to answer questions accurately.
ProsA peaceful environment and good colleagues

Great Experience of Workplace
Every typical day of my shift at the Workplace was interestingly a great experience. This came about by the system of clock in and the platform change of different duties, and the clock out. It is a new and interesting experience, different to my previous experience of paper records. I learned a new technology advancement for my good.
The policy and procedure of management is exceptionally professional, and my co-workers, along with other members of staff enjoyed good Team Work, as required of us for all our roles at the Workplace. On the other hand, the hardest part of the job is the frequent demand to quickly accomplish a task and move to perform other tasks, as required by the management.
The most enjoyable part of the job is when the management announces a task to be accomplished, prior to clocking out from the Day Shift for good. This is always a beautifully energetic experience.
ProsThere are some easy tasks with less effort in time frequency
ConsThere are some other tasks with much effort in time frequency

Helpful and Understanding
From this company I learnt valuable skills from the work that was provided. When situations arose they were able to take into consideration your needs and were compassionate about the process. Going to different placements provided a wider field of experience and kept the work refreshing.
Very helping and understanding staff with strict site rules and same attitude towards everybody. The best agency I have ever worked for. Never had an issue
