Relaxed fun work environment
- Begin work at 17:30. - Review all emails received from all branches within the UK. - Load any outstanding jobs onto a database. - Prioritise and delegate work out to other members of staff. - Contact/liaise with companies to either report absences, replacement names for any absences covered, check in staff have arrived for work on time, enquire if company require any additional staffing. - Contact/liaise with agency workers to offer available job positions, confirm there upcoming job date and time, - Throughout night, review all emails again, review all job completed and outstanding, review all work notes are clear. - Update agency worker availability database for branches to be updated with upon handover. - Finish work at 0730 - Generate and send reports to all branches reporting all activity throughout night regarding their clients and staff.
