Overall reviews at Pertemps Network Group

Great Experience
Pertemps assisted me to find a temporary position within the Public Sector. They were helpful, kept in touch and I was paid what I was due on time. They helped me through a difficult time and I only left because I got a permanent position. I would recommend Pertemps to anyone looking for medium term, medium range pay.

Easy going
Being employed by PerTemps allowed me to get a feel and understanding of working with the Police. As I was working as a temporary administrator at the time, Per Temps were my employers. The company were very good at communicating with me, making sure things were going okay, and were very pleased for me when I managed to get a permanent job within Police Scotland.
Identification Officer | Glasgow | 22 Jul 2019
The main difference with this job was that the work was carried out on nightshift. It was a mind expanding job that always kept my interest and had me paying close attention to detail.

Great place to work
Really enjoyed my time here was a good place to work and the people and staff members are great. The building is really nice and a good work environment. The training and skill set you receive is great and will benefit me wherever I go.
ProsGood shift patters
ConsNot enough advancement

Deeply unreliable agency
I recently finished a long term contract for Pertemps with the Scottish Government in Glasgow and they could offer me nothing in place of this other than very short term work, which was of no use. Pertemps said this is because the large majority of jobs they deal with are government roles and they cannot put temp workers back in other Scottish government roles until after 6 months if the worker has exceeded their 23 month contract (although why the wait who knows????!). Also as a result of a change in Scottish government law, temp workers are now on parity contracts which means temp workers are now no longer entitled to payment between assignments as before. So I am now currently unemployed and cannot claim any payment from Pertemps due to these changes. I am disgusted with this agency and I also find them largely unhelpful when I contact them and I do not trust them one bit and I do not recommend anyone go to them for employment.
Order Picker | Glasgow | 16 May 2013
My typical day with pertemps would start with a phone call telling me im not longer required to work that night, then another phone call 10 minutes before I would start asking me to go in.
