Overall reviews at Pertemps Network Group
In general a good agency to work for who are considerate to their temps.
Good well run business. Generally have work on most of the time. Quite good contracts including Royal Mail and Parcelforce.
I have enjoyed working for them on occasion and still work for them to this day.
Poor Area Manage and Team Leader
Both areas manager and team leader at the branch in hemel hempstead are totally useless, the office is dirty and the people are rude and un helpful.
The place it self is awful and i wouldn’t never recommend anyone to work there.
The turn over staff in is incredible, no one stays longer than 3 months.
Used me to set up a new office
Would not recommend these people to anyone they are a bunch of fly by nights who used me to set up a successful office then stabbed me in the back - not sure its the kind of review you were looking for
productive and fun
I enjoyed working for Pertemps. It was a fast paced working environment. The staff are friendly and welcoming and easy to get on with. you get to listened to music why you are working also really good pay.
Horrible, they skim your money especially at Christmas. Huge turnover in staff, that should tell you something. Everyone acts oblivious in the headquarters regarding what happens in there
ProsGet work quickly
Could be better
Not a bad agency to work for some of the consultants could be clueless and not communcate with you regular. Some places that appointed to work is Monday to Friday so always a bonus.
ConsLack communication with consultants
Not enough hours given
I enjoy working at Pertemps however I am not given enough hours and have therefore had to register with other agencies.
I feel tat should more hours be given I would be happier and not look elsewhere.
ProsGood working environment
ConsNot enough hours
fun place to work
work place good, good people I worked with, made some good friends. work hours were ok, retail warehouse, picking and packing clothes for different shops
Prosgood hours and friendly place to work
Conswasnt always work
I did quite a few various roles here for different companies. This allowed me to find out what I wanted to do and what I could offer a perspective employer.
A typical day at work included logging into the voice pack, find a pump truck, then start picking.
Overall its quite a fun place to work, but not something I would want to do forever.
Proslots of overtime available if wanted
Consdoing the same thing for a long amount of hours
