Day at work
I work with a great team of people who bounce off each other which is what has made the contact centre a success, winning many more contracts to deal with. My day involves contacting employers and customers to confirm sensitive information and offer support and guidance to those in employment. I also promote government initiatives such as apprenticeships and NVQ's to employers. I work off daily reports in line with service level agreements to claim outstanding payments and ensure these are evidenced compliantly. I participate in team meetings to find new ways to work through new process and how to apply these process into my daily routine. The hardest part of my job is trying to get customers to engage if they feel that we as a company have not been supportive enough which can be somewhat challenging but I do enjoy speaking to customers and knowing that I have helped or made a positive impact is very satisfactory.
