Could Be Better
Poor management and not enough staff recognition for good work. Good work/life balance, but poor treatment of staff with mental health issues. Would not work for them again.
ProsGood work/life balance
ConsManagement, poor treatment of serious health issues

Okay, but could be so much better
Pertemps are not the worst recruitment agency to work for, but they're also not the best. Management were horrible, and communication was absolutely dire - there was never any urgency in responding to important phone calls and emails. Management also put huge amounts of pressure on their workforce, leading to illness, absences, and a fair few resignations. Hours were good, the pay was good, and that was about it.
ProsGood pay, good hours
ConsManagement, pressure, communication

The worst agency ever!!
I am Pertemps Employee working for Thames Water. Thames Water is a good company, but unfortunately Pertemps is the worst I have ever worked for! I have never missed a day of work, never was late... working hard and all I get in return is... my payment have been missing 3 times, they are taking your earned holiday hours to cover BANK HOLIDAYS!!, when everyone else is just having they paid off, you are earning half day of holiday per week, which mean you have earn 2 dats holiday a week, which giving you 24, but they will STEAL your 8 days to pay you for BANK HOLIDAYS, so you only entitle to take 16 days holidays in year, which you need to earn first so if you start your job in JANUARY and lets say you want take take a holiday in May, you can only take 6 days off, and after that you have 0 holidays, so you need to start earning them so you cannot take it. Absolutely RUBBISH company , I would probably only recommend for lazy idiots who does not care for job, because if you an ambitious, hard working professional .... please, do not waste your time with this rubbish agency, because you will never be appreciated. Horrible, unprofessional agency!!
ProsQuick service
ConsRobbibg your holidays hours, missing payments

hard work and integrity
working alongside others in a healthy competitive manner. Learnt to work in a team of friendly coworkers. The cold was intense since it was a cold room, especially entering it for the first time or re-entering after breaks The breaks and association was enjoyable as well as the steady flow of work

Pertemps
People lovely nice surroundings, the role wasn't what I was after so hence why I'm looking for a more general administration role. I wanted to try the payroll side but ended up being a lot more difficult than I had anticipated. Otherwise great place to work for.

About me
English language on a intermediate level. I also speak a little bit of Russian language,Polish language and Slovakian language is my native language. During the time I spent in UK I learned to use many things in warehouses for example driving a PPT truck, EPT truck,DD reach truck and pump truck as well.I like to read some really good books in my free time but I also love to spent some time with my friends, go to a park to play football but when the weather is not really amazing and it is raining, snowing or just really cold outside I like to play pc games.
